Efficacy of Genf20 Plus based on Clinical Study
Don’t kid yourself, there are many HGH products on the market that are scams. They usually promise you the same results of using real synthetic HGH and back their claim with studies of the benefits of synthetic HGH. However, Genf20 Plus is different from the synthetic HGH and releasers that are on the market. Genf20 is not a growth hormone, like synthetic HGH, but rather, a growth hormone stimulant.
What is Genf20 Plus?
Genf20 Plus is not the same as synthetic HGH. Firstly, synthetic HGH is primarily used for individuals suffering from a severe growth hormone deficiency. However, Genf20 Plus does not actually contain any hormones, but is simply a natural supplement which stimulates the pituitary gland to naturally produce more growth hormone. Without any hormones, Genf20 Plus is produced with natural ingredients, which are relatively safe and do not pose any health risks. The ingredients in Genf20 Plus are:
- L- Arginine HCI
- Tribulus Terrestris extract
- Astragalus root
These ingredients have all been studied and shown to naturally stimulate the anterior pituitary gland in producing more HGH. Naturally, you should consult your physician if you have a previous medical condition.
Genf20 Plus Benefits
Prior to buying Genf20 Plus, many people wonder why do they need to take supplements like Genf20 Plus if the human body produces growth hormone already. As we age, the body’s production of growth hormone decreases over the years. Since growth hormones stimulate an individual’s growth, the levels of growth hormone in the body usually peak in the adolescent period. After puberty, GH levels in the body begin to decline and significantly decline after the age of 30. The decline of GH is usually attributed to the signs of aging, such as wrinkles, low sex drive, hair loss and muscle loss.
By using Genf20 Plus, you can reduce the signs of aging and regain your youthfulness. The production of growth hormone in adults assists in losing body fat, developing lean muscle and reduce the signs of aging. HGH is a performance enhancer, which explains why HGH injections are banned in many professional sports.
The Genf20 Plus Clinical Study
There have been various studies completed, including one by Dr. Daniel Rudman, which have all highlighted the benefits of using HGH. These studies have supported the results of HGH reducing signs of aging and other various health benefits. However, these benefits are usually seen through the use of biosynthetic growth hormone, as it is the most effective way to boost HGH levels. Usually, HGH supplements are inconsistent due to them acting as a stimulant without any studies to support their claims.
Genf20 Plus is in a league of its own, as it’s one of the only HGH supplements to be effective and backed by clinical research. In a double-blind study conducted in 2012, researchers in India wanted to find out if the supplement stimulates the anterior pituitary gland for the production of more HGH for higher serum levels of IGF-1, a vehicle which growth hormone uses to delivers its benefits throughout the body.
The study was conducted over 12 weeks, with 61 subjects between the ages of 35 and 65 years. These subjects were divided into two groups. There were 31 subjects in the treatment group and 30 subjects in the control group. Subjects in the first group were given two Genf20 Plus supplements and 2 ml of Genf20 Plus liquid, twice daily before meals. The control group was given placebo carboxymethyl cellulose tablets and 2 ml of flavored distilled water, twice daily before meals.
Researchers observed by the end of the 12 weeks that the treatment group showed an increase of improvement of their serum IGF-1 levels in comparison to the placebo group. However, the increase levels were not statistically or clinically significant. Though, when closely observing the subjects who were over 40 years of age, they found a significant improvement of HGH and IGF1 levels after the study. There were no significant differences between the subjects in both comparison groups who were under the age of 40, as they would still be able to effectively produce HGH and IGF-1 levels in their body.
The study also found that Genf20 Plus did not show a significant effect on body fat loss, BMI, and lean body mass. Though, they did find that both groups stated that their memory, sleep and energy levels increased over the 12 week period. If the study was conducted over a long-term period, better results would have been shown.
Though the double-blind study of Genf20 Plus did not prove to show outstanding results, it did show that the HGH supplement does increase HGH levels in the body. A long-term study of Genf20 Plus must be done in order to get a better understanding of the results. The study also stated that there has been no study that has shown improvement in all parameters at the same time but rather has only shown improvement in specific areas. This implies that greater results when using Genf20 Plus will show over a longer period of time, as that will allow more time for serum IGF-1 levels to rise, giving the desired results.
